001 Down is a gentle, down-regulating breathwork class designed to shift the body out of a stress response and into the parasympathetic state. This session supports a calmer mind, a slower internal pace and deeper regulation through steady, controlled breathing patterns.
Expect grounded guidance, longer exhales and a clear, predictable structure that helps your system settle.
You’ll leave feeling centered, present and regulated.
001 DOWN
Focus: Activation, clarity, energy and emotional release
Best for: Low energy, stagnancy, burnout, emotional tension, motivation
002 Up is an up-regulating breathwork class designed to mobilise stored stress and stagnant emotion while increasing focus, energy and internal momentum.
Using more activating breathing patterns, this session supports emotional release, sharper clarity and a healthy sympathetic charge - without tipping into overwhelm.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer and switched on in a grounded way.
002 UP
Focus: Activation, clarity, energy movement, emotional release
Best for: Stagnancy, emotional heaviness, feeling stuck, low motivation, internal pressure
003 OUT is an activating breathwork designed to help you move stuck energy and release the emotions your body has been holding onto. Through rhythmic, intentionally paced breathing patterns, this session creates a safe pathway for stored tension to move out of the system - supporting emotional expression, energetic clearing and a grounded sense of momentum.
